I have many happy memories as a child that meant a lot to me. One of my most important memories was my trip to Canada in 16, when I was ten years old. I went to Barrie, Ontario, to visit my aunt who had moved there in 10. I had plenty of fun during this trip.

When we reached Canada, my aunt was waiting for us at the airport. We visited many interesting places, like Canadas Wonderland, an amusement park, where we went on every ride. Even though some rides were terrifying, they were amusing nonetheless. We went to the wax museum where we saw many celebrities like Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, Jim Carry and many others. We also went to the CN Tower in Toronto, one of the tallest buildings in the world. We were able to walk on glass and saw everything below, it was so scary. We went shopping for clothes and other stuff. Before I returned to Lebanon, we also went to a water park, where we had a great time getting soaked after every ride.

One of the funniest memories that I had is when I bought stink bombs and went with my cousin to his school. After I met his teachers and friends, we went to the girl’s bathroom and dropped the stink bombs on the floor and ran away. After a few minutes, we watched the girls running away from the bathroom, suffocating and screaming from the smell. It was so funny until we got caught, and we were sent home. Our parents were very mad at us, but we laughed for days after the incident.




My trip to Canada was one of the most important experiences that I had in my life thus far. It meant a lot to me that I was able to see my aunt and her family again. I had a lot of fun, and I have very fond memories of this visit. Now that I live in Michigan, I hope that I can visit them again.
